Game Changer Living Coach, Nichole Bukowski, played sports all through youth, middle-school, high school year, & Division I field hockey for Boston College. She continues to stay directly involved with teen athletes by coaching summer camps, travel teams, school teams, and conditioning athletes in and out of their seasons.

She promises you that the physical and mental work you put in off the field, court, or track is a HUGE Game-Changer in how you perform as an athlete. She makes the conditioning sessions fun and challenging, while you put in the effort & work to become mentally and physically stronger and gain more confidence for athletics and life.

All sessions take place in Andover, MA. To schedule a different location reach out for pricing options.

Individual Training Sessions Are An Excellent Opportunity for the Teen Athlete to increase physical and mental strength & resilience, develop a greater sense of body awareness and how to move well for increased athletic skill development, gain confidence, rise to one’s potential, and avoid unnecessary injury that results from a lack of being strong and conditioned for the season.

Additionally increased strength and sense of body awareness is increasingly being recommended as preventative measure for concussions. Even if you have a training plan you are following, the support you gain from these training sessions will increase the results you get from your efforts.

  • Individual Teen Athlete Conditioning - 60 Minutes - Single Session $75

  • This single session is a great place to start! Knowing you will want to continue training sessions after this initial session, I allow you to choose a 5, 10, or 20 training pack and apply the $75 toward the total cost, so you still receive the reduced price per session. The initial session does count toward the total number of sessions.

  • You will receive a private link to book and pay for the additional sessions, if you didn’t book a package to start. Also, if you booked a 5 or 10 pack session and want to add sessions at the reduced price per session, the reduced session price is guaranteed, after one session. This is the only time you can upgrade your sessions package for the reduced price. You can always add more sessions, but you will have to purchase these in addition to what you already booked and paid for.

  • A single session includes: - Movement & current conditioning assessment - Personalized athlete goal setting. - Physical coaching - strength, conditioning, athletic skill work - based on athlete's assessment & personal goals - Mindset coaching to enhance athlete's mental state on and off the field - Follow up notes and programming from session sent to athlete.

  • When booking an individual training session, purchase one session and book one slot. When you check out all of the days that are highlighted in black on the calendar have open slots. Appointments can be rescheduled no later than 48 hours prior to the session.

    Once you pay for and book your session, you will receive an email confirmation and session details.

  • If you booked a 5 or 10 package training session and want to upgrade to the next level, I honor the discounted package price per session when this is booked after the first training session. Once you start the second training session then you are locked into your package pricing. You can book more sessions and I always encourage you to book more! I don’t have a time limit on when you use your sessions.

The max number for small group training is SIX. If you want to schedule sessions for a group larger than 6, then the group requesting training sessions will provide the space and a link to pay for and book the sessions will be sent to the group.
