My studio training space is located in Andover, MA. When the weather is nice we have the option to train outdoors, if this interests you. If you prefer that I travel to you, I offer this option for an additional cost. We can also schedule 1-1 training via Zoom.

You can book one session or multiple sessions. When you purchase more sessions the cost per session decreases. Even if you already have a movement routine in place, booking a few personalized training sessions with me will support you to get the most out of what you are already doing.

Personalized Training & Goal Coaching Options:

  • I always recommend no less than 2 training sessions, when possible. The first training session sets the foundation for our collaborative approach to supporting your personal goals. I’ll gather background information, learn more about your wellness goals, and go through some movement assessments with you to create the personalized training for where you currently are and what you are continuing to work towards.

  • Prior to our first session I ask you to watch my “Game Changer Living F.I.T T.E.A.M” video to know the coaching philosophy and principles I”m guided by when I work with you.

  • Based on your movement assessment, goals, and preferences your training can incorporate strength, cardio, yoga, pilates, and balanced athlete. These are all disciples I”m trained in and integrate into client programming.

  • 1-1 training sessions can be purchased and scheduled virtually at the same cost as 1-1 in person training. When you purchase session(s) check “virtual training” during the purchase process.

  • I will travel up to 1 hour to work with you. If you live within 15 minutes of my studio location in Andover there is no extra cost. Anything over 20 minutes is charged at the hourly rate of $60 per hour. *If I travel 30 minutes each way to work with you then this would be an additional $60. If you want me to travel to you, please check “travel to me” during the purchase process.

    Session Package Pricing

  • One Session - 60 Minutes - The cost for a one hour personal training session is $75. The initial training session includes gathering background information, assessing goals, and completing a movement assessment.


  1. When You Book More Than One Session - You Have Two Options During Purchase & Booking.

    1. Option #1 - Add 5, 10, or 20 sessions and book out all the dates/times during this one purchase. *You will pay for all sessions during check-out and have your sessions booked. If you need to change a session date & time, you can do so up to 48 hours before your session.

    2. Option #2 - Add 1 of your sessions from your package of 5, 10, or 20. When you add one and book one training session you will only be charged for one session at the reduced package price. I recommend this option, if you don’t know what other dates/times you want to book. After you purchase and book, I will send you a personalized coupon code to pay for your remaining sessions at the discounted package price. You can book your session dates later and your sessions do not expire.


  • Five Sessions - 60 Minutes - The cost for FIVE one hour personal training sessions is $300 total/$60 per session. The initial training session includes gathering background information, assessing goals, and completing a movement assessment.

  • Ten Sessions - 60 Minutes The cost for TEN one hour personal training sessions is $550 total/$55 per session. The initial training session includes gathering background information, assessing goals, and completing a movement assessment.

  • Twenty Sessions - 60 Minutes The cost for TWENTY one hour personal training sessions is $1000/$50 per session. The initial training session includes gathering background information, assessing goals, and completing a movement assessment.

Being invested in your own self-care and making yourself a consistent priority can feel more empowering with consistent support and having a coach to encourage and guide you to stay on your journey and in your personal process.

For the cost of $30 monthly, which is $1 per day, I will send you personalized video reminders, coaching tips, and check-ins via the app, Marco Polo. These reminders and coaching tips are personalized to YOU, based on your goals and self-care needs.

Additionally, I can provide a customized morning breathing and movement video, mid-day move, stretch & energize video, and evening breath and wind-down video, as part of your monthly customized accountability coaching.

All video correspondence will take place through Marco Polo. I have found this to be the best video app to use with clients. Marco Polo makes it easy and convenient. You can check the coaching tips and daily guidance I leave for you on your time and re-watch as many times as you want. You will communicate back to me in Marco Polo, too, if you want to ask questions or show progress toward your personal goals. Communicating with Marco Polo is time efficient. You simply open the app, hit record, and ask your questions, share your progress, and communicate with me.
