Mix up the work-day with a dose of nutritious full-body movement. Geared for those sitting or standing at a workstation for many hours. Boost your focus, energy levels, mood, & more!15-20 mins
Mindful Strength Sat @ 10:00 AM
Does strength work feel overwhelming, confusing, or intimidating? True strength isn’t about brute strength but the ability to effectively & efficiently coordinate movement patterns. Gain coordination, strength & body awareness for all activities you love! Muscle matters & muscles that work in effective and well-coordinated teams, matter most. 30-45 mins
Mindful Yoga Flow Fridays 6:00-7:00 am
We will breathe with intention, move with purpose, and feel the difference in our mind-body awareness as we flow linking breath with movement. Please bring a pillow and a yoga strap to these classes. You can substitute a belt, scarf, etc for a yoga strap. This will be an hour long yoga flow.
